After 15 years of therapy in the tower and practice in the Waldhaus, we are now in Ireland.

We are based in West Cork in a relatively unspoilt and wild area.

We, that are:

Anja Freude, mother, grandmother, wife. Lives here with husband Walter and many animals, grows vegetables and looks out to sea.

The mild winters and cool summers, the wildness of the Atlantic, the incredible views of beautiful Dunmanus Bay, the vastness of the sky that feels so close, the ever changing weather that reminds me of the coming and going of each moment and the magic of the green landscape, where the cover to the Otherworld is just a thin cloth, have lured me to the island. I am so grateful.

I thank my teachers: Jiddu Krishnamurti taught me the art of immediate looking and listening, Ramesh Balsekar non duality, Ramana Maharshi presence, Samuel Widmer and Danielle Nicolet stillness, Brant Secunda the way of the heart and that the earth is my mother, Ralph Metzner access to the otherworld and journeys into the universe and Joanna Macy that we are the world and are alive and woven into this organism.

Walter Schinn, simply human, more and more intertwined with all being, always going further in recognizing the oneness of humans, animals and plants on this earth.

In respect and acknowledgment of my teachers: Krishnamurti, who taught me the structure of the mind, Samuel Widmer and Danielle Nicolet, who helped me open the way to the heart, and especially the great soul Ralph Metzner, he showed me everything to integrate and everywhere and in to go all worlds.
